We took part in a first aid course where we learnt basic first aid. We talked about the recovery position, what to do if people are unresponsive, how to treat cuts, grazes and burns, broken bones, what to do if someone is choking and how to deal with bumps to the head. The children were fantastic listeners and enjoyed trying out all of the different techniques they were taught in a safe environment.
