As part of our current DT project 'Come Dine With Me', we prepared the dessert course. Our hero ingredient was pineapple so we've had to research and plan a recipe where pineapple is the star! We made pineapple upside cakes, pineapple crumbles and a creamy pineapple dessert. We loved testing our creations and can report that they were absolutely delicious!
