Safeguarding

Everyone at Malvern Parish CE Primary School has a responsibility for keeping children and adults in school safe.

We believe all children and adults should always feel happy and safe when they are at school and know that any worries or concerns will be listened to and taken seriously.

All the adults, who work at Malvern Parish CE Primary School, are well-trained with up-to-date knowledge and understanding about how to keep children and adults safe.

There is a whole school culture of 'it could happen here' and staff prioritise building positive professional relationships with children so that they understand they always have a safe adult to talk to.

Children are taught about keeping safe at an age appropriate level through our curriculum. We also take part in the NSPCC  'Speak out Stay Safe' program annually to help children know what to do if they have any worries about themselves or anyone else.

The key members of staff who can support you if you have any safeguarding concerns are below. Please make contact initially through the school office.
